Eligibility for refund or exchange
Customers must purchase goods from Globalvipwatches.
The customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to return the merchandise for a refund or exchange.
All merchandise must be returned in the original condition at the time of sale, including the box and all supporting parts.
Return authorization
Contact customer service with your order number, returned product, quantity and reason for return.
We recommend that customers record the order number and shipment tracking code as their personal records.
Include a copy of the original invoice or detailed documentation in your return package, along with your name, address, contact number, contact email, order number, returned items and quantity, and reasons for return.
Refund
The refund will be processed through the payment method used for the original order.
Please note that PayPal may take 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless customer service confirms otherwise.
Return merchandise transportation
The returned product must be in a "saleable" state to receive a refund (determined by the return department of Globalvipwatches).
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend that you properly insure your package to prevent theft, damage or loss by the shipping carrier.
After Globalvipwatches receives your return, we will check and post the final product disposal. Depending on the condition of the product, a refund will be issued.
Globalvipwatches reserves the right to approve or reject all returns.
